At Ittifaq Collection, we aim to deliver your favorite decor pieces as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading courier services, TCS and Leopards Courier, to ensure nationwide coverage.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.

Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partners (TCS/Leopards) only accept cash payments. Cheques or bank transfers at the doorstep are not accepted.
2. Delivery Timelines

Main Cities: 2 to 4 working days (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.)

Other Cities/Towns: 4 to 7 working days.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays or high-demand sales events.
3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you for verification. Orders will only be dispatched after a successful confirmation. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If the customer is unavailable or the phone is unattended after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

7. Inspection Policy
As per courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the flyer/parcel before making the payment. If you find any issue after opening the parcel, please contact our customer support immediately.
