Final Sale Policy

  • All Sales are Final: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or personal preference.

  • Custom & Spiritual Items: Items like our Quran Hangers, Tree of Life art, and Prayer Mats are considered final sale to maintain hygiene and spiritual sanctity.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Damage: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear photo or unboxing video of the damaged product and the original packaging to [Your Email Address].

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once the production or shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
